Equipped with a LNC CNC system and a 15-inch touch screen, the machine adopts self-developed program control software and a customized operation interface with multiple optional operation modes.
It is easy to operate and highly intelligent, effectively simplifying operators’ work and boosting productivity. The system comes with built-in grinding routines and milling parameters for common materials. Operators only need to input the raw workpiece dimensions and finished machining sizes as prompted on the interface.
After tool setting, the machine can automatically complete workpiece surface grinding without manual programming.
Featuring foolproof operation, one operator can manage multiple machines.
It supports automatic fault alarm. When abnormalities occur during operation, alarms will be triggered via the system interface and flashing tri-color indicator lights.
