Automatic Die Change System

High efficiency, safe operation, reduced manpower, minimized footprint, improved utilization of equipment and floor space, factory standardization, and higher product yield.

1. After the die transfer trolley picks up Die B, it travels to the designated machine, and the trolley performs positioning for Die A. The die transfer trolley adjusts its vertical height to align flush with the machine table.

2. The push-pull mechanism extracts Die A from the machine.

3. The die transfer trolley moves leftward to align the Die B station with the machine and complete positioning. The trolley adjusts its vertical height to be flush with the machine table.

4. The push-pull mechanism pushes Die B into the machine. After die positioning is finished, the quick die clamping system clamps the die, completing the die change operation for this machine.

5. The die transfer trolley transports Die A back into the die warehouse.
